The total cell count, live lymphocyte cell count, CD3+CD8+ cell counts, percentage of CD3+CD8+ cells in the live lymphocyte population, Gag CM9+ cell counts and percentage of Gag CM9+ cell in the CD3+CD8+ population was calculated by essaying flow staining on single cell suspension of spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes and PBMCs.
