Immunomodulatory oligonucleotide treatment increases hTERT antibody response. Antigen-specific humoral response in nonhuman primate was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay by overlaying sera on hTERT and LTB peptide pools. Data indicate IgG seroconversion as indicated by OD measurement at 405 nm. Sera were collected 2 weeks after the 2nd Ad6 injection.
