Stimulation of viral replication by hypoxia in normal and tumor cells. Cells were infected for 2 hours with Ad-DHLuc, Ad-Hluc, and Ad-WT at MOI 10 (HuH-7) or 100 (IMR-90). Then virus was removed and cells were washed and maintained in normoxia (Nx) or hypoxia (Hx) for 48 hours.
