Tumor destruction mediated by VSV-infected DCs involves both CD8+ and NK cells. Mice were challenged and immunized as described in Figure 3. CD8 and NK-depleting antibodies were administered throughout the immunization period the number of lung tumor metastases was enumerated 21 days after challenge (*P < 0.01 and **P < 0.001 compared to DC-VSV/SIIN-immunized).
