BAEC cells were treated in the presence of hyperforin derivatives at concentrations in the range of their respective IC₅₀ values in the MTT assay for 24 h. Afterwards, conditioned media were normalized for equal cell density and used for the detection of urokinase by plasminogen zymography as indicated in Materials and Methods. Typical results are shown.
