Shown are ATP hydrolysis assays with microsomes isolated from A549 cells after1hof exposure to DMSO (control) or to indicated concentrations of H2O2, PCN, or BA1. The percent of ATP hydrolysis was calculated relative to the DMSO control. The mean of three independent experiments and standard deviation are shown.
