Normal + MC treated (groups II), normal + TFG treated (group III) and diabetic control (group IV) were compared with normal control (group I). Diabetic + MC treated (group V) and diabetic + TFG treated (groups VI) were compared with diabetic control (group IV). The experiments were repeated thrice.
