Expression of TGR constructs in cell lines. A, immunoblot analysis of expression products. The samples were as follows: lane 1, GFP alone; lane 2, GFP coding sequence fused with the 5′-UTR and sequences coding for the N-terminal region of TGR; lane 3, GFP sequences fused with the 5′-UTR and sequences coding for an additional N-terminal 22 amino acids.
