Cells were transfected with the different luciferase constructs, and after 48h the cells were lysed and analyzed for luciferase expression. The data depicted in the graph is the mean +/− SD of two individual experiments performed in duplicate, and values are shown as percentage expression of the original Renilla luciferase gene (WT), which was set to 100%.
