Here, MDAH2774 ovarian cancer cells were microinjected with HPMA copolymer containing 5 mol% of methacrylic acid (Mw=96 kDa) 2 h before experiment. Area was bleached as indicated and cytosolic copolymer re-diffused and restored equilibrium concentration within 3 s [152].
