Isolated dehydrogenase domains of Nox homologues. (A) MBP fusion forms of Nox1 DH, Nox2 DH, Nox4 DH, and Nox5 DH domain purified proteins (∼4.5 μg) were loaded onto a 10% (w/v) SDS−PAGE gel and stained with Coomassie brilliant blue. (B) Nox-DH proteins (∼1.2 μg) were subjected to 10% SDS−PAGE, followed by immunoblotting using an anti-MBP antibody.
