The interaction between Sos-H and PA is required for Sos activation. (A, B) COS-1 cells were cotransfected with HA-tagged Ras and HA-tagged Sos constructs. Cells were serum starved and then stimulated with PA for 15 min (A) or 10 nM EGF for the indicated intervals (B).
