Affinity titrations of gI2.5.3T88I and rI4.5.5. Yeasts displaying gI2.5.3T88I (a) or rI4.5.5 (b) were incubated at 22° with the indicated concentration of FITC-conjugated goat IgG or AlexaFluor633-conjugated rabbit IgG.
