DPH measurements: (A) DMPC-PFOA, (B) DPPC-PFOA and (C) DSPC-PFOA. TMA-DPH measurements: (D) DMPC-PFOA, (E) DPPC-PFOA and (F) DSPC-PFOA. As indicated by the arrows, samples of the respective phosphatidylcholine (10 µmol/L) were cooled at a rate of 0.2 °/minute.
