(A) Electronic absorption spectra of the ferric, ferrous, and ferrous NO bound forms of the CBS dimer at pH 8. The Soret absorption maxima are 428, 448 and 378 nm for the respective states. (B) Normalized time resolved transmittance (ΔT) of the above complexes obtained with pump/probe excitation at 425 nm. The kinetic traces show a bleaching recovery signal (ΔT>0) for all the three complexes.
