Kinetin riboside (KR) at the indicated concentrations was added 24 h after transfection, and cell extracts were prepared for immunoblotting 48 h after transfection. B, HeLa cells were transfected with or without pXJ-FLAG-FKBP38. Twenty-four hours after the transfection, kinetin riboside (30 μm) was added to the culture.
