Western blots (F) of tumor homogenates showing a weak but distinct band for VEGFR-2 (F, lane 1) after injection of biotinylated RCA I, no VEGFR-2 band (F, lane 2) without biotinylated RCA I, and intense bands (F, lane 3) of VEGFR-2 immunoprecipitation.
