Time Course of 3MI-Mediated Cytochrome P450 Induction in NHBE Cells. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis revealed maximal induction of CYP1A1 (A) transcript expression 4 hours following 10 µM 3MI exposure, whereas maximal induction of CYP2F1 (B) transcript expression occurred 1 hour after exposure.
