B, Western blot analysis of salivary proteins from Lu. longipalpis using human sera from Canoa, a cutaneous leishmaniasis endemic area where Lu. intermedia predominates (CL endemic area; left bottom panel), or from São Luis where Lu. longipalpis predominates (VL endemic area).
