UL18 expression using a recombinant adenoviral vector (RAdUL18). Immunofluorescence of human fibroblasts infected with RAdUL18 when labelled with (a) control murine polyclonal antibody or (b) the gpUL18-specific mAb M71. (c) Immunoblotting experiment using extracts of HFFFs infected with either RAdCtrl or RAdUL18.
