Results are means (± s.d.) of at least three independent experiments. (B) MCF7 cells were treated with control or indicated siRNAs and the levels of endogenous MRG15, PALB2, BRCA2 or α-tubulin (loading control) were analyzed by western blotting. Individual proteins, or a combination of two or three proteins together, were depleted. (C) Survival of MCF7 cells pretreated with control or indicated siRNAs determined using a clonogenic assay following treatment with a range of concentrations of MMC.
