Groups of C57Bl/6 (H-2^b) and BDF₁ (H-2^b×d) mice were immunized with 100 µg B8₂₀, K3₆ or A47₁₃₈ in 1 µg αGalCer. Seven days later CD8⁺ T cell responses in the spleen were measured by ICS. Percentages (A) and total numbers (B) of CD8⁺ T cells that produce IFN-γ in ex vivo stimulations with the indicated peptides are shown. Data are means and SEM from 8 mice (B8₂₀, A47₁₃₈) or 6 mice (K3₆) from two experiments.
