IREVEDEC peptides increase the surface expression of Slo1VEDEC in HEK293T cells. In these experiments, 1 μg R-PE (Ctrl) or IREVEDEC peptide was delivered into HEK293T cells transiently expressing Slo1VEDEC or Slo1QEERL using PULSin reagent, and cell-surface biotinylation assays were performed 12 h later.
