Characterization of coexpression modules

Disease-associated genes are those previously identified to be differentially expressed (DE) in subjects with schizophrenia compared to controls from at least two microarray studies or qPCR-validated in a microarray study on schizophrenia (see Supplemental Table 6). The lists of cell-type-specific genes are provided in Supplemental Table 5. P-values were determined by the hypergeometric distribution. Bold entries are significant, with the Bonferroni corrected threshold for significance being 0.05/28 = 0.0018.
