The groups of cleavage fragments containing CpG sites 1 and 8 and 19; 4-5 and 15; 6 and 25-26; 9-10 and 21; 11-12 and 30-21 could not be distinguished from each other in the analysis. Therefore, the proportion of methylation in each of these fragment groups is represented as an average value.
