Wistar rats were injected with TREAutoR4rEpo at t = 0. Early induction rats (n = 7) were given doxycycline in the drinking water for two periods of four weeks starting at weeks 2 and 10 (solid line). Late induction rats (n = 5) were given doxycycline in the drinking water for two periods of four weeks starting at weeks 6 and 14 (dashed line).
