Interleukin 11-induced STAT3 phosphorylation in HTR-8/SVneo cells. Cells were cultured with vehicle or IL11 (1–100 ng/ml) for 10 min. Cell lysate proteins (15 μg for STAT3, 25 μg for p-STAT3) were electrophoresed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-phospho (Tyr705) STAT3 (bottom) or anti-STAT3 (top), followed by horseradish peroxidase-conjugated rabbit antiserum and visualized by chemiluminescence.
