4T1/luc cells at 1 × 105 cells/50 µl/mouse were directly injected into the right tibia bone of 8-week old Balb/c mice. Seven days after tumor implantation, the mice were randomly divided into two groups and received either AdExTek or control AdGFP injection (109 pfu/mouse) via tail vein. Bioluminescence imaging was performed prior to the treatment, and one week and two weeks after the viral injection. Representative photos of mice over a 2-week period of time are shown (Panel A). Photon counts were collected at each time point in each group and graphed (Panel B). n=10 mice per group. The experiment was repeated once. Results are mean ± SE. *p<0.05, **p<0.01.
