Comparison of gene expression between N2Aswe and SK-N-MC ERα- and ERβ-transfected cells after nebivolol treatment. Cells were treated with nebivolol (f.c. 10−8 M) for 18 h. Genes were considered differentially expressed when the difference in expression level between untreated and treated cells was more than 1.5-fold and a P value <0.05.
