In A and B, the protein levels of COX-2 protein were analyzed by Western blot and semi quantified based on COX-2/β actin related intensity. C, the PGE2 levels were measured after JHU-013 cells treated with Sal-B (125 µM) or celecoxib (10 µM) for 24 hours. The PGE2 levels are expressed as pg/ml of total cell culture. The results represented the mean ± SD of two independent experiments with triplicate dishes. P value was compared with untreated group.
