Sequence traces of 10 nonsynonymous SNPs found in SBF1. Genomic DNA from infertile patients with substitutions identified on the Affymetrix chips was subjected to capillary sequencing. Heterozygous readings are indicated with arrows. In one case (T1828A), a known synonymous substitution is also observed nearby (arrowhead).
