Parameters measured for binding of (A) IL-13 to IL-13Rα2, (B) IL-13 to IL-13Rα1, and (C) displacement of IL-13Rα1 from IL-13 by IL-13Rα2 are summarized in the tables below each binding isotherm. Only DH could be calculated from the IL-13/IL-13Rα2 titration – the data could not be fit for KD due to the steepness of the curve.
