(a) After culture of 10 passages of human embryonic kidney 293 (HEK293) cells stably transfected with Myc-tagged ASB9 and ASB9ΔSOCS expression vectors, cell lysates were immunoblotted with anti-Myc, anti-CKB, anti-uMtCK, and anti-elongin B antibodies. β-actin was used as a protein amount control.
