Effect of HNE on the phosphorylation of c-Myc. HBE1 cells were treated with 10 μM HNE for the indicated time points. Whole cell extracts were collected and subjected to immunobloting with anti p-c-Myc. c-Myc was used as loading control and identified with anti-c-Myc antibody.
