12 different clones of CD34 antibodies:

K (KG1a cells stained with 169Ir intercalator and Tm-labeled CD34) and U (U937 cells stained only with 169Ir intercalator). Each sample was examined in a 100:1 mixture with metal-containing beads AA120-Eu. The Eu content of the AA120-Eu gated without cells is reported on the last column.
