A model for the Fap1 glycosylation. Gtf1 and Gtf2 form an enzyme complex that catalyzes the transfer of GlcNAc to the unglycosylated Fap1 polypeptide, Gtf3 transfers the Glc residues to the GlcNAc-modified Fap1.
