Time-resolved anisotropy parameters (fractional anisotropies ri, rotational correlation times, θi, and limiting anisotropy, r0) for DHE and DChol in LUVs were measured as described in Methods. From these parameters, depolarization factor (dix), upper and lower limits on the FRET orientation factor κ2, and Förster distance (R) were calculated, as described in Methods.
