The phylogenic relationship of ETHRs and related GPCRs using all transmembrane domains 1 to 7. Note that all insect ETHRs are grouped with predicted Daphnia and Ixodes ETHRs when related pyrokinin receptors are used as the outgroup. The tree was constructed by a minimum neighbor-joining method (Gaps/Missing Data-Parwise deletion) in MEGA4. Numbers are for percent supports in 500 bootstrapping. PK-1, pyrokinin-1; PK-2, pyrokinin-2; NMU, neuromedin U-25.
