Indirect FACS analysis of D341 MED cells with anti-SSTR2A MAbs. Screening of emerging MAbs was performed by indirect immunofluorescent analysis. Briefly, formalin-fixed (6 min, RT, to prevent subsequent internalization of the antigen-antibody complex) cells were reacted with anti-SSTR2A MAbs (dotted line) or irrelevant IgG (shaded population), developed with FITC-goat anti-mouse IgG, and analyzed. Note that all MAbs define a relatively homogeneous expression pattern, with no apparent antigen-negative cells in the D341 MED population.
