Immunostaining of HEK 293 and HEK 293 SSTR2A-transfected cells with anti-SSTR2A MAbs. The 4% paraformaldehyde-fixed cells were reacted with anti-SSTR2A MAbs (or irrelevant IgG) and developed with Cy3-goat anti-mouse secondary reagent. Non-SSTR2A-transfected HEK 293 cells exhibit no staining, while SSTR2A-HEK 293 cells exhibit cell surface membrane staining that appears in a clustering pattern.
