Quantitative FACS analysis was performed on each cell line a minimum of two times for DAOY and T98 MG, and 3–9 times for the remainder; the median value is presented for the latter, the mean for DAOY and T98 MG. Scatchard analysis of D341 MED was performed twice with MAbs C9 and H5 (); the range of 2.8–3.2 × 105 receptors per D341 MED cell obtained in those assays, calculated from the βmax, agrees quite well with those obtained by multiple FACS assays (for D341 MED, n = 9) represented here.
