OxP-11 and OxP-13, the two most active oxpholipins in the monocyte chemotaxis assay were re-tested at three concentrations: 1 µg/ml, 0.1 µg/ml and 0.01 µg/ml. A 10-fold reduction, from 1.0 to 0.1 µg/ml caused a relatively small decrease in activity, but a 100-fold reduction to 10 ng/ml reduced activity substantially.
