A: LNCaP cells were seeded into 96-well plates at a density of 1×10⁴ per well and treated with the following: vehicle control (NT), EGCG at 40 and 80 µmol/L. B: MCF-7 cells were seeded at a density of 8×10³ per well and treated with the following: vehicle control (NT), EGCG at 20 and 40 µmol/L. Pictures were taken by microscope at 24 h (A), 48 h (B), and 72 h (C).
