Tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), plus prostaglandin E₂ (PGE₂) induce full expression of CD70. Immature interferon-treated dendritic cells (IFN-DCs) were cultured for 3 days in the absence or presence of the indicated combinations of components of the PGE₂ cocktail in R10.
