FIGURE 4. — Immunoblot analysis of CcGnt1 expression in insect cells. Protein crude extract of SF9 cells was separated by SDS-PAGE and blotted on a nitrocellulose membrane. FLAG-tagged CcGnt1 was detected using monoclonal anti-FLAG antibody. Protein extract of cells transfected with the vector control (lane 1) and of cells transfected with CcGnt1-FLAG (lanes 2 and 3) was loaded. In lane 3, protein extract of cells transfected with CcGnt1-FLAG was treated with PNGase F prior SDS-PAGE. Bands from protein marker are indicated on the left.
