Transcript analysis in soleus and TC muscle. The expected differences in the average molecular weight of adult nebulins is calculated based on the fold difference (See Methods for details). According to these results, the nebulin transcript is larger in the adult than in the neonate and is predicted to result in a nebulin protein that is 13.1 kDa larger in the soleus and 3.6 kDa in the TC.
