Impact of Cys substitution on [³H]5-HT uptake kinetics in functional TM6 Cys mutants

K_m and V_max values were determined from [³H]5-HT transport assays in transiently transfected HEK-293T cells as described under “Experimental Procedures.” All mutants are in the hSERT C109A background. Results are presented as mean values ± S.E. from three or more experiments and were analyzed in reference to C109A using one-way ANOVA with a post hoc Dunnett test.
