Decay life times of amplitudes are represented by τ (ps) and A (%), respectively. Estimated errors are ~5%. All measurements were performed in a buffer of 100 mM HEPES, 100 mM NaCl, 5 mM MgCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, pH 7.5, and at 22 °C.
