(B) She underwent posterior decompression L4 to S1, pedicle screw instrumentation and fusion to L2 to S1. The radiographs taken at 2 years after surgery showed proximal adjacent problem with junction kyphosis. (C) Extension of fusion to T10 with pedicle screw instrumentation was performed. In the radiograph taken at 2 year after reoperation, there was no proximal adjacent problem.
