Step Description
1 Initial denaturation at 94 °C for 5 min
2 Denaturation at 94 °C for 30 s
3 Annealing at 50 °C for 30 s
4 Extension at 72 °C for 30 s
5 Repeat steps 2–4 for N times
6 Additional extension at 72 °C for 5 min
